This is one of my favorite pieces. I just like how it all came together. I often say my work come through me more than it comes from me. This was an especially inspired piece. I had no idea what was coming and I thought it was really ugly for quite a while. Then one day there were a few new elements and all of a sudden it gelled, you know? It showed me there was a logic at work all along. It just feels to me like a hopeful vision now. For the planet. It feels like a statement about how the tiniest things and the grandest things are always working in concert to lift us all beyond our blindness. The System is always about to bloom if you are paying attention.
